Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Provide proactive calendar management, prioritizing tasks, meetings, and deadlines.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, ensuring seamless schedules for senior executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high accuracy and professionalism.
Strategic Implementation:
- Partner with leadership to implement high-level strategies and monitor progress on key initiatives.
- Anticipate executive needs and act as a thought partner, contributing to strategic discussions.
- Manage and track high-priority projects, ensuring milestones are met and goals are achieved.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish and optimize workflows and systems to improve efficiency.
- Take ownership of special projects, from planning through execution, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align objectives and drive results.
Communication & Relationship Management:
- Act as a liaison between executives and team members, fostering clear communication and alignment.
- Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications with a high level of professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, reflecting the company's values.
