Overview

This entry-level role supports the recruitment team by sourcing qualified candidates for various roles, including office staff and healthcare professionals. The Sourcing Partner will help maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate initial screening, and assist in recruitment operations during a high-volume hiring period.

Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing & Screening
  • Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and role requirements
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, school outreach, and other channels
  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews
  • Maintain and update job postings and candidate databases
  • Recruitment Coordination
  • Ensure job requisitions are in place before sourcing begins
  • Assist in tracking candidate status and interview progress
  • Support candidate communication and follow-ups
  • Reporting & Support
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Talent Acquisition Lead
  • Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and standards
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or related field
  • Experience in sourcing candidates for ramp up projects
  • Ideally knowledge of the healthcare/medical industry
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office and online job platforms
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
