Join our growing recruitment team as a Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition), working in a hybrid setup with a schedule from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, driving candidate engagement, and ensuring a smooth flow of qualified applicants for various roles within the BPO sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing

    Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative platforms.
  • Market Research & Strategy

    Stay updated on sourcing trends and competitor activities to recommend effective sourcing strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement

    Reach out, engage, and build relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady talent pool.
  • Database & ATS Management

    Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Job Posting & Promotion

    Create compelling job advertisements and ensure wide visibility across sourcing channels.
  • Collaboration

    Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies with role requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of sourcing experience in the BPO industry, with proven success in volume hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple requisitions.
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools, job boards, and social media platforms.
