What You Will Need
  1. Must have experience with implementing, migrating, and managing operating systems/applications in an enterprise cloud computing environment.
  2. Strong working experience with either client Cloud Service Providers, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services (AWS).
  3. Mid-Level experience with O365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and O365 migrations.
  4. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server Roles, Exchange, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.
  5. Experience with virtual servers both on-premise and in the cloud (Azure, AWS, Hyper-V, ESXI).
  6. Demonstrated experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems including, but not limited to, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  7. Demonstrated knowledge of network concepts including TCP/IP, Subnets, VPNs, Routing, and Switching.
  8. Knowledge of Backup Solutions.
  9. Knowledge of MDM solutions including Microsoft Intune and WorkspaceOne UEM.
  10. Ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot Sonicwall Firewalls.
  11. Strong PowerShell scripting experience is a must.
  12. Microsoft or Amazon cloud certifications are a plus.
  13. Growing knowledge in VMware environments is a plus.
  14. Cisco routers, switches, and ASA experience is a major plus.
  15. Understanding of basic cyber security principles and practices including 2FA, Least Privilege, Phishing Prevention & Identification, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to work independently and with a team.
  2. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize correctly.
  3. Ability to follow written and/or verbal directions.
  4. Must have excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  5. Strong documentation skills are a must.
  6. Amenable to work on-site, graveyard shift.
  7. Can start ASAP.
