Administrative Support Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities management team as a Facilities Coordinator.

This role involves providing administrative support, processing work orders, and communicating with employees and tenants.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Functions:
    • Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
    • Process work orders, invoices, and other documents as needed.
  2. Facilities Communication:
    • Communicate with employees and tenants regarding maintenance schedules and disruptions.
  3. Space Planning:
    • Assist with space allocation, including seating arrangements and office moves.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in administrative support or facilities coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using computer applications/software, including Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management systems.
