Office Administration Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our facilities management team as a Facilities Coordinator.
This role involves providing administrative support, processing work orders, and communicating with employees and tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Functions:
- Provide administrative support to the facilities management team.
- Process work orders, invoices, and other documents as needed.
- Facilities Communication:
- Communicate with employees and tenants regarding maintenance schedules and disruptions.
- Space Planning:
- Assist with space allocation, including seating arrangements and office moves.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field (preferred).
- Experience in administrative support or facilities coordination.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer applications/software, including Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management systems.
