Field Technician responsible for product demonstrations, retailer visits, and supporting FMC's field programs with technical expertise in Agusan Norte.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Execute product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements with consistency and professionalism.
  • Implement demand creation initiatives and provide technical support aligned with crop cycles.
  • Monitor competitor activities and gather field intelligence to inform FMC's strategies.
  • Report Move Out Sales (MOS), crop development, farmer practices, and area challenges to the Field Supervisor.
  • Bridge communication between field and commercial teams by sharing feedback on product performance and customer concerns.
  • Drive retailer and key farmer engagement programs, ensuring consistent messaging and product visibility.
  • Ensure accurate product positioning, usage, and benefits at dealer and end-user levels.
  • Uphold FMC's core values: customer-centricity, sustainability, respect for people, safety, integrity, and agility.
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for frequent travel to farms, retail outlets, and dealer networks.
  • Proven professional integrity, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Effective communication skills for delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
