The Opportunity

We're hiring a Catalog Manager to take full ownership of Amazon listings and performance monitoring. This is a key role—you'll manage backend listing health, drive front-end optimization, and analyze performance metrics to maximize sales contribution and product rankings. If you've got deep experience with Seller Central, love tracking KPIs, and want to directly influence growth, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain and optimize 500+ SKUs on Amazon
  • Ensure backend settings (browse node, category, buy box, etc.) are correctly populated
  • Conduct monthly front-end audits for content accuracy (titles, bullets, images)
  • Track keyword ranks, CVR, and pricing against sales targets
  • Monitor profit and subcategory BSR
  • Set and assess weekly sales goals and target BSR for each listing
  • Identify underperforming listings and implement improvement strategies

Strategic Insights & Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams on pricing, promotions, and creative
  • Monitor competitor listings and adjust tactics accordingly
  • Provide actionable, data-driven performance reports
What You'll Need
  • 4+ years in Amazon Seller Central (required)
  • Experience managing large catalogs (500+ SKUs)
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Strong knowledge of listing optimization and keyword strategy
  • Familiarity with Sellerboard, Keepa, and DataRova or similar softwares is a plus
  • Deep understanding of Amazon TOS, backend attributes, and compliance
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and analytical
  • Committed to a single full-time role
