Job Summary
- Oversee whole HR Operation from hiring to off-boarding
- Responsible to conduct and HR hour with the employees.
- Responsible for coaching and mentoring of each employee who needs support.
- Responsible for collaborating with the managers in terms of performance appraisal.
- Responsible for appraisal monitoring and following up.
- Responsible to check the timekeeping.
- Come up with different Employee Engagement activities to the whole company
- Responsible for training and development (proposal and tracing the progress).
- Responsible for recruitment such as sourcing, interviewing, sourcing, sending an offer and onboarding.
- Responsible for any Ad-hoc tasks that might come along the way.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 5-8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): recruitment, labor relations, timekeeping, training and development
- Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
