Job Description
- Acts as liaison between executives and other department heads and managers
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prioritize and manage incoming emails and phone calls, responding to routine inquiries and directing complex matters to the executive
- Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary materials, and take detailed notes during meetings
- Draft and proofread correspondence, presentations, and other documents
- Manage travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Organize and maintain filing systems, receipts for the executive and team
- Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively provide solutions
- Attend to whatever the company owners' household needs, run errands and manage household tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks and personal assistance as needed
The Successful Applicant
- Has relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Proficient in Google Suite and other scheduling tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Detail-oriented and possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
