Key Responsibilities- Support multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring that communications and messaging remain aligned across all platforms and with our global strategy.
- Review and provide feedback on marketing and sales materials, including content designed for public-facing communications, digital platforms, print, and video assets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, community members, and business partners to ensure effective communication and brand engagement.
- Actively participate in direct sales activities, supporting sales managers in B2B efforts to secure and expand client relationships.
- Gather and analyze customer and market insights to refine outreach strategies, improve customer conversion rates, and generate higher-quality leads.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools; knowledge of Pipedrive is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines for client meetings, business development, and networking opportunities.
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Filipino. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to driving impactful change.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
