What the role will entail

  • Drive business generation and maintain client portfolios to meet sales targets through proactive sourcing, calling, and product presentations.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive database of high-net-worth clients to support relationship-building and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions to recommend suitable investment products aligned with clients' financial goals.
  • Execute cross-selling strategies and prioritize client engagement based on business potential and revenue contribution.
  • Participate in promotional events and client acquisition activities to expand the customer base and strengthen brand presence.
  • Deliver exceptional service by resolving client issues promptly, providing market updates, and supporting informed investment decisions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to recommend enhancements that improve product differentiation, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
