Role Overview:

The Recruiter will be responsible for the internal end-to-end recruiting activities associated with the hiring of professional roles in our Operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable connecting with new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential through predefined questions. Candidate should also be familiar with job listing websites, applications, platforms, etc., and have a wide network of connections. Above all, you'll care - about the priorities and ambitions of every candidate and client we support.

As a Recruiter, you are expected to fulfill the following:

  • Working closely with hiring managers throughout the end-to-end recruitment cycle to establish an inclusive and diverse talent pool;
  • Filling open positions within a set timeframe, following best practices guidelines;
  • Facilitating sourcing, screening, and selection up to offer preparation, negotiation, and closing of candidates;
  • Ensuring a positive hiring experience for each candidate by being a good brand ambassador;
  • Building networks to find qualified candidates; and
  • Posting ads on multiple platforms and assigning applicants to qualified positions.

Ideal Recruiter should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders;
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, anticipating the needs of the team as time passes;
  • Ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations;
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills are a must;
  • Must be a team player with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, highly demanding, high-volume, dynamic environment;
  • Must be comfortable handling operational and administrative tasks;
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google suite; and
  • Must be willing to work US business hours.
