This position will be responsible for finding new talent for Quantum Strides, including recruiting individuals for information technology positions for our customers and supporting the needs of our multiple practice areas.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with strong recruiting experience and skills, business maturity, enthusiasm, and the ability to deliver a high level of customer service. They will also coordinate with our Human Resource department to support activities such as offer letter review, reference checks, employee onboarding, and offboarding.

The successful candidate will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

  • Manage End-to-End Recruitment for Information Technology staffing as well as positions for Quantum Strides Practice Areas.
  • Work with internal hiring manager(s) or Staffing Account Managers to define and create job descriptions and document specifications.
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including social media, internet, and job boards.
  • Pre-screen prospective candidates to analyze and understand their skills, abilities, and aptitude for the job.
