Overview

POSITION: SITE SALES MANAGER - SALES GALLERY at the PODIUM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Site Sales Manager will be stationed at the SM Signatures Sales Gallery in The Podium and will serve as the primary representative for presenting the SM Signature Series projects to prospective clients. This role requires a confident, engaging, and customer-focused individual with a pleasing personality and excellent presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury real estate and capable of building strong client relationships to drive sales.

Client Presentation & Engagement
  • Conduct in-person presentations of SM Signature Series projects to walk-in and scheduled clients.
  • Provide detailed information on project features, pricing, and availability.
  • Tailor presentations to suit client profiles and preferences.
Sales Conversion & Follow-Up
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up diligently to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Showroom Management
  • Ensure the showroom is always presentable and aligned with brand standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations for promotional materials and events.
  • Track visitor traffic and feedback for continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build rapport with clients and provide personalized service.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or luxury retail.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Warm, engaging demeanor with a polished and professional appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Work Location: Sales Gallery at The Podium.
