
Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Executive to focus on supporting designer and trade accounts, closing new business, and assisting in product storytelling. With a background in visual communication and strong interpersonal skills, this role also involves supporting showroom walkthroughs, content generation, and product presentations.
Responsibilities- Engaging with retail, walk-in, and trade clients across all sales channels.
- Leading showroom walkthroughs, virtual consultations, and live selling efforts.
- Maintaining strong relationships with Interior Designers and Trade Clients.
- Scheduling showroom appointments and conducting product presentations at Design Studios or Interior Firms.
- Providing product suggestions and basic styling support when clients need minimal design input.
- Following up on client inquiries and converting leads into closed deals.
- Preparing and sending client invoices and confirming order details with the logistics team.
- Maintaining sales and lead trackers to support commission reporting.
- Assisting in showroom merchandising and keeping displays aligned with current campaigns.
- Participating in showroom events, collection launches, and being featured in brand videos.
- Supporting product storytelling and working closely with the Marketing and Content Teams.
- Must-Have: Proven track record in hitting sales targets and managing B2B accounts
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused with a solutions-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Nice-to-Have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- Knowledge of furniture styles, materials, finishes, and design trends
- Basic skills in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Willingness to travel for client visits, trade shows, and events
