The Business Analyst will help the organization understand the business challenges before them, works closely with stakeholders in the transition (e.g analysis and design of the re-engineered processes), and ensure that the needs and expectations of the business are represented correctly in the final solution. He/She will be responsible for ensuring that the requirements set forth by the stakeholders are captured and documented correctly before the solution is developed and implemented, taking into account prevailing best practices and technologies; and ensuring implementation within the agreed schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Dive into new technologies and trends that could help the bank grow or improve operations.

  • Work with stakeholders to understand needs and turn them into clear, doable requirements.

  • Help evaluate ideas and run feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis, or pilot projects.

  • Collaborate with project managers to keep things on track and aligned.

  • Join brainstorming sessions, workshops, and help test out new ideas or prototypes.

  • Keep tabs on industry updates and spot opportunities for innovation. Use Figma to create user flows, wireframes, or prototypes as needed.

  • Build clear, visual flowcharts to map out processes and customer journeys.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of 4-year course - IT, Computer Science, Business Admin

  • 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking industry or fintech

  • A natural problem-solver who gets energized finding the right solutions.

  • Great communicator – someone who can talk to both tech and business teams.

  • Familiar with Agile project setups.

  • Understand local banking regulations and trends
