RealPage is seeking a Senior Business Transformation Analyst with a Consulting mindset to collaborate with internal stakeholders, analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic changes. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing recommendations, and facilitating organizational change. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, critical reasoning, excellent business acumen, and experience in data analysis and project management. A background in business transformation, continuous improvement, or related fields is preferred, along with exposure to Multi-Family Rental Property management, Product Delivery, and Software Quality Assurance. This high-visibility position involves interaction with senior leaders and requires the ability to communicate complex topics visually and simply.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify business problems and implement data-driven solutions to improve performance.
  • Conduct research, root cause analysis, and assessments to find pain points and inefficiencies.
  • Analyze data to understand patterns and trends, utilizing visualization tools and statistical analysis.
  • Develop innovative solutions, design and test business processes using agile methodologies.
  • Create measurable KPIs to track solution success and ensure desired outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, gather requirements, and communicate updates.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and achieve business goals.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • At least 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in Business Transformation or Consulting.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or advanced Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of Process Mapping and Re-engineering methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping or Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC).
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • Creative thinking for developing data-driven solutions.
  • Understanding of various business functions and KPIs.
  • Detail-oriented with strategic and tactical initiative experience.
  • Ability to build rapport across organizational levels.
  • Strong project and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop frameworks to define problems and create pragmatic execution plans.
  • Passion for continuous improvement and business transformation.
  • Willing to work in a fixed night shift schedule.
  • Flexible work arrangements (On Site, Home, or Hybrid).
