Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assesses the capabilities of the Operations Group and formulates strategic goals, operational policies, and plans to support overall organizational effectiveness, while ensuring their successful execution.

  • Provides leadership and direction to Department Managers within the group, ensuring that all functions are carried out efficiently and in alignment with established objectives.

  • Facilitates coordination across various teams and maintains strong collaboration with other unit heads to support the achievement of shared goals.

  • Oversees the preparation and timely submission of required reports to internal governing bodies and external authorities, in accordance with relevant regulations, compliance standards, and organizational protocols.

  • Leads the presentation of operational updates, initiatives, performance outcomes, and strategic recommendations to the organization's governing board.

  • Represents the organization in interactions with key stakeholders, including prospective partners, clients, and members, depending on operational needs.

  • Performs certifying and committee leadership roles as designated by senior management.

  • Assists departments in translating organizational strategy into actionable plans, setting clear objectives, and establishing measurable performance indicators.

  • Identifies gaps in performance and recommends practical solutions to enhance departmental outputs and align with corporate targets.

  • Carries out duties as outlined in the current and approved internal operations manual.

  • Undertakes additional responsibilities as may be assigned by higher management.
