Appointment Setter – Commercial Real Estate

Purpose Overview:
We are hiring two appointment setters to source, qualify, and schedule meetings with commercial real estate developers, brokers, and investors. This is a critical role on our sales team, focused on generating deal flow and building relationships through consistent outreach and high-level conversations. You will use cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, and email outreach to book meetings for our capital advisors. The role requires strong verbal communication, attention to detail, and comfort in a structured outbound sales process.

Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up outreach
- Research prospects and build tailored outreach using templates
- Manage LinkedIn and email campaigns to engage target contacts
- Maintain a clean CRM with detailed notes on all touchpoints
- Schedule appointments and ensure confirmations and handoffs
- Join weekly team syncs to review performance and adjust approach

- Clear, confident, persuasive verbal communication
- Self-driven, proactive, executes without close oversight
- Collaborative team player, shares feedback
- Strong attention to detail, organized records and messaging
- Results-oriented, tracks and improves KPIs weekly
- Fluent in English, excellent spoken and written, professional tone
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive or similar
Additional Details:
- Permanent WFH, full-time
- Base salary: $3–$4/hour depending on experience and fluency
- Incentive: $25–$75 per qualified appointment (not just booked)
- Performance bonus eligibility after 90 days
- Paid trial project before full onboarding
