Appointment Setter Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in generating leads and setting up appointments for the sales team.

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage diverse customers through clear and efficient communication.

The successful candidate will have BPO experience, preferably with a background in sales or outbound campaigns, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels.

In addition, the appointed individual will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments based on client and team availability, as well as maintaining accurate records in CRM systems.
