What you'll be doing
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels with clear, efficient communication
• Resolve product or service issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• De-escalate complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through active listening
• Process returns, exchanges, and order updates accurately and on time
• Make 300–500 outbound calls daily to generate leads and qualify prospects
• Complete customer forms and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Schedule and confirm appointments based on client and team availability
• Adjust communication style to effectively engage diverse customers
• Spot and suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
• Follow up after resolutions to ensure lasting satisfaction and retention
What we're looking for
Previous BPO experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in an outbound call centre environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly /Must have a neutral or decent accent, with clear English and good tonality.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle objections, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software
A driven and resilient mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
