
Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative role focused on assisting customers, managing complaints, and enhancing brand image through positive experiences.
Responsibilities- Assisting customers with complaints and answering questions about products and services via all channels
- Building company and brand image through positive customer experience by being approachable, accommodating, empathetic, and using appropriate language
- Constantly gathering feedback after each transaction
- Accurate, timely, thorough, and organized documentation to assist customers and support teammates, including escalation cases
- Frequent interactions with various levels of management
- Performing other tasks as assigned within the department, company, or other companies within The WOW Group
- Fresh graduates and Senior High School graduates willing to learn
- Preferably college graduates of any 4-year course or vocational graduates from any TESDA training center related to the position
- Preference given to candidates from Communications, Marketing, Business/Entrepreneurship fields
