Job Description
  • Manage end-to-end execution of point-of-sale material projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal departments and external vendors (printers, installers, suppliers) for smooth operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Track project timelines, budgets, and KPIs; prepare reports and recommendations for management.
  • Oversee installations, ensure brand and retail compliance, and support field operations when needed.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations and project management, preferably in POSM or retail marketing
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as needed
