Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu for an Innovation Manager. The Innovation Manager will be responsible for identifying and implementing innovative strategies to improve business processes. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading projects from conception to execution, and monitoring key performance indicators. The Innovation Manager will also stay abreast of industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project management, strategy development, and innovation initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments
  • Background in logistics, shipping, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to think creatively and drive continuous improvement
