Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Sales Stack & Systems Administrator to maintain our integrated sales tools, support our sales team, and ensure our CRM remains accurate and efficient. You will work remotely, collaborating with our international team to keep our systems optimised and our sales operations running without disruption. We anticipate the hours increasing and are looking for someone who has the knowledge and experience to feed into the growth and technological needs of a growing business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Initial set up of our system
  • Monitor and maintain integrations between CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Surfe, Zapier, PhantomBuster, Breeze Sales, Breeze Marketer, Hunter, and other tools.
  • Keep CRM data clean, accurate, and well-segmented.
  • Support sales team members with technical issues.
  • Monitor automated workflows and fix any issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update sales performance dashboards and reports.
  • Manage tool subscriptions and licences.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in CRM administration (HubSpot preferred).
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools (Zapier, Surfe, PhantomBuster, etc.).
  • Good understanding of sales operations.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Organised, reliable, and self-motivated.

Contract Details

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Hours: 10 hrs/week
  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor
  • Flexible hours but must be available for occasional UK business hours calls
  • Annual Bonuses may apply
