We are seeking an Innovation Lab Manager to join our growing team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the company's innovation strategy, driving product development, and ensuring our initiatives align with long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap across all business units.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-value programs and investment opportunities.
  • Work closely with engineering, tech, and design teams in an agile environment to deliver scalable products.
  • Lead discovery, business requirement documentation, and ongoing prioritization of initiatives.
  • Launch new features, oversee go-to-market strategies, and establish SOPs and SLAs.
  • Advocate for customers, advertisers, and stakeholders during executive-level planning.
  • Contribute to discussions on technology decisions, trade-offs, and long-term product direction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in Product Management and Business Innovation/Product Marketing
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end product delivery experience
  • At least 5 years of technical product or program management experience
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or digital solutions industries (SBU & GSS exposure preferred)
  • Proven ability to define product roadmaps, manage trade-offs, and deliver features successfully
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Experience in engineering discussions related to product technology and strategy
  • Proficiency in using analytical and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
  • Track record of launching and scaling new tools, products, or platforms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php85, Php95,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cebu City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
