
Chief Recruitment Officer

This position is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent to join our team. You will work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to attract and retain the best candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a proven understanding of the recruitment process and talent management. They will be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates, and possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Job Responsibilities- Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to source top talent and negotiate offers; Ensure timely and effective communication with clients to meet their recruitment needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, business partners, and other departments, to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet timelines; Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the recruitment process and candidate pipeline.
- Events Management: Organize and coordinate recruitment events, such as job fairs, career workshops, and networking sessions, to attract top talent.
- Interviews and Offer: Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role; Collaborate with hiring managers to modify job descriptions, interview questions, and assessment criteria; Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, results, and offers.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology or any related field
- 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (BPO, in-house, or Facilities Management background is a plus)
- Proven understanding of recruitment process and talent management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using recruitment software (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools
