We're looking for a driven Recruitment Officer to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing and screening to onboarding
  • Assess applicant skills and make recommendations on hiring decisions
  • Facilitate psychological testing, interviews, and new hire orientations
  • Represent the company in job fairs and recruitment events
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Computer literate and familiar with recruitment tools and platforms
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City (Monday to Friday)
  • Can start immediately
