JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • IT Strategy and Planning - 1. Provide appropriate Information Technology Service Management strategy and strategic plan for the entire company. 2. Organize, strategize, and plan departmental development for MIS. 3. Provide MIS Management Control System.

  • Information Technology Service Management - 1. Responsible and accountable for managing the company's IT infrastructure, including:

    • Server Monitoring and Support
    • Network Monitoring and Support
    • SAP System Support
    • Database Monitoring and Support
    • CI-Technical Support
    • CCTV Monitoring and Support
    • Other IT matters
    2. Introduce and implement business support tools for the company. 3. Coordinate, communicate, and recommend improvements for IT/business process alignment and integration. 4. Endorse and recommend IT peripherals, software, applications, and other IT devices. 5. Recommend system analysis, design, and implement guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure proper use of IT resources, including upgrading system integration with external entities as necessary. 6. Propose IT system designs and concepts.

  • Departmental Development - 1. Manage, direct, and lead MIS personnel based on departmental objectives and plans. 2. Develop and implement departmental strategic plans, objectives, personnel KRAs/KPIs, and controls. 3. Measure and provide personnel development and commitment plans to evaluate performance.

  • Process Documentation - Endorse and implement IT best practices, policies, and management control systems.

  • Knowledge in the following areas:

    • Server OS installation, configuration, and setup (Microsoft Server 2003-2016, Linux/Open Source OS)
    • Network topology, framework, and configuration (LAN/WAN/VPN, internal setup, IP addressing, cabling)
    • Basic database management (MS SQL, MySQL)
    • Technical support (Tier 2 level)
    • Software installation, configuration, and setup (Windows, Linux, Mac OS, iOS, Android, Office, programming languages, SAP Business One)

  • Other Responsibilities - Conduct compliance and internal IT audits based on departmental KRAs/KPIs.
