Job Description

This role reports to the Agency Information Management & Reporting Lead, overseeing key accountabilities including accurate and timely release of performance reports, management reports, sales promos, incentives, and conferences results. The position collaborates with stakeholders from Finance, IT, Sales Management Team, and other Agency support teams.

The ideal candidate will assist the MIS Team Lead in managing day-to-day operations, preparing and releasing periodic sales performance reports, and coordinating with various departments. This individual must have strong numerical and data processing skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize deliverables and multitask.

  • Manage daily operations of the MIS Team, ensuring efficient processing and simulation of Promos, SIP, Incentives, local/regional reports, and projects/process improvements.

  • Prepare and timely release of periodic sales performance reports to effectively monitor Channel performance on various KPIs (APE, headcount, activity, productivity, etc), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Coordinate reporting requirements for both local and regional stakeholders, collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and Sales Management Team.

  • Participate in Distribution projects, programs, and initiatives, working closely with various departments and business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Business Management, or related courses.

  • 2 years of experience in the life insurance industry in a distribution performance reporting role, preferably with advantage.
