Job summary: The position will oversee support functions and other back-end functions of the Sales team, including assignment of company and agent codes. The role involves handling call-out efforts required by different Sales units in coordination with Telesales. The job holder will lead all recon programs and monitor turn-ins for Sales.

The job holder will serve as a liaison officer for Sales MI to all MCC departments and other units within the team.

Additionally, the job holder will lead special projects assigned to the unit, such as the MGM program, Project Recon, and Call Me MB.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recon program for all Sales activities, including performance monitoring and strategies to re-process applications previously declined.
  • Handle all call-out functions required by Sales, such as Call Me MB, appointment calls, database calls, etc., coordinating with Telesales for logistics and resources. May lead a call-out team and conduct coaching and training as needed.
  • Develop reports as required by the Sales MI Manager or Division Head.
  • Monitor declined reasons for all Sales applications.
  • Oversee turn-ins from all selling units, ensuring 100% submission to Credit Acquisition for processing.
  • Assign and manage company and agent codes, maintaining code databases.
  • Automate and streamline processes to improve efficiency.
  • Update Sales employees on promos, updates, and processes through communication materials.
  • Act as liaison of Sales MI to all MCC units.
  • Monitor Sales-related costs and expenses to ensure they stay within budget.
  • Ensure adequate supply of application forms and office supplies through weekly inventory checks.
  • Perform additional projects or tasks as assigned, such as BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, among others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and/or administrative work.
  • Experience in report generation and external communication is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience in drafting and preparing communication materials.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
