
Billing Specialist

- Manage billing inquiries and process payments and refunds
- Update and maintain accurate customer billing data
- Address client concerns related to billing and payments
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive payment information
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Billing, and Sales teams
- Identify process gaps and suggesting improvements
- Support internal billing projects as assigned by the project manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or equivalent experience
- At least 6 months of back office or billing experience
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong administrative skills accurate typing & spelling is essential to this role
- Ability to work with computers and different software packages
- Ability to enter in large amounts of data into systems
- Ready to take new responsibilities and grow professionally
- Willing to ask questions and work as a part of the team
- Available for occasional overtime work
- Willing to start ASAP
- Looking for a long-term position
- Willing to work full-time night shift
- Willing to work on-site
