Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Manager (B2B) to lead, mentor, and oversee our offshore sales teams, responsible for generating outbound sales opportunities, and for handling inbound sales opportunities, for our B2B loyalty and payments solutions.
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies, coaching high-performing teams, and optimizing sales processes. With expert knowledge of Salesforce and a strong understanding of the digital payments and loyalty landscape, this individual will drive exceptional team performance, refine sales tactics, and deliver measurable results.
As the B2B Sales Manager, you will be integral to the success of our sales operations, focusing on continuous training and development, ensuring the team follows best practices in the sales process, and driving toward achieving ambitious revenue targets. Additionally, you will help expand our customer base by guiding your team to build strong, lasting relationships with key business clients, all while contributing to the growth of our loyalty and payments platform.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques to maximise team performance and increase sales productivity together with the B2B Sales Director.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reports and analysis to the Head of Loyalty and senior management.
- Utilize Salesforce, and other relevant sales tools (i.e. Outreach), to track and manage sales activities, analyze data, and generate insights to improve sales processes and performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales team members, provide coaching and feedback, and implement action plans to enhance individual and team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of Online Payment Platforms - REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs - Preferred
- Previous experience in managing a sales team, with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is MANDATORY, with the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive sales performance.
- An understanding of sales automation tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, MixMax etc. - Preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and detail-oriented approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
