• Preparation of daily and monthly funding projections


• Daily update of cash flow


• Daily collection reports


• Submission of all documents needed by creditors


• Answering all queries from creditors


• Monitoring of ADF and individual placements


• Preparation of acknowledgement receipts (AR), promissory notes (PN), and check requests for ADF and individual placements


• Preparation of monthly loans payable schedules


• Researching bank products suitable for our operations


• Documentation of new credit lines and updating related documents


• Opening, updating, and closing bank accounts


• Bank confirmation for issued checks


• Registration of new users and modification of access for existing users of all online banking accounts


• Authorization for BOB, ROC, and PNB Cash Net


• Assisting branch, other departments, and bank concerns

EDUCATION:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and be a CPA

EXPERIENCE:

• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in Audit or Treasury

SKILLS:

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other LMS and accounting systems


• Team player with the ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple parties


• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• Appropriate handling of sensitive information


• High attention to detail
