Responsible for overseeing treasury operations, optimizing liquidity, managing financial risk, and strengthening ties with financial institutions.

Candidates must have experiences on:

  • Financing/ Fund raising activities experience

  • Cash Mgt/ Liquidity strategy skills

  • Experience/ exposure in a financing/ lending/ banking business preferred but not required

Cash Management:

  • Ensures correctness and authenticity of Cash Flow Statement.

  • Prepares Cash Flow Projection

  • Analyzes sources of funds

  • Checks proceeds for daily funding requirements

  • Checks Daily Cash Position Report

  • Authorizes/co-signs all expenses /disbursements nationwide

  • Checks monthly Board Reports

  • Reviews check vouchers for check issuance

Bank Relations:

  • Liaise with some bank officials regularly for line availment and maintains good relationship with them

  • Negotiates with creditors for lower cost of funds

  • Approves scheduling of bank drawdowns

  • Reviews, recommends, and certifies correctness of dollar/peso placements

  • Reviews and checks branches regarding loan documents

  • Approves schedule of accrued interest for payment monthly

  • Certifies correctness of bank maturities principal and interest payments

  • Reviews and checks PN's and documents for banks and back-to –back loans.

  • Checks schedule of accrued interest for payment monthly

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, CPA is an advantage

  • Proven working experience for at least 10 years in Treasury Leadership Capacity

  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office

  • Proven knowledge of treasury principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to direct and supervise people
