Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Compliance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, and providing support during audit season.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation and maintenance of financial records, including schedules of loans payable, debt issue cost, lease liabilities, and right-of-use assets.

  2. Support during audit season, including compilation of audit samples and assistance to the head and deputy head as required.

  3. Meticulous review of financial operations to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws, preparation and submission of tax documents, and internal audits to verify compliance across departments.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or experienced professional in accounting/accountancy with a good understanding of debit and credit principles.

  • Excellent administrative skills, including documentation and filing procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

  • Computer proficiency with basic knowledge of accounting software.
