Job Description

As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will support end-to-end HR processes, provide administrative assistance, and collaborate with senior leaders to drive effective recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across all HR functions.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift, Mon - Fri 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM (Weekends off)

Work setup: Hybrid (2 to 3 times a week in the office, Ortigas/Alabang)

Salary: PHP 50,000

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a Shared Services environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a commitment to excellent internal customer service.
  • Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to persuade, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Proven computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software and systems.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Provide consistent HR support across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with department managers to align staff requirements with business goals.
  • Source suitable candidates through databases, online employment portals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for open roles.
  • Evaluate applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience for job alignment.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
  • Draft employment contracts under the supervision of the P&C Manager.
  • Onboard successful candidates by ensuring all paperwork and introductions are completed.
  • Maintain the Hidden Heroes nomination list and issue certificates to those nominated.
  • Assist in managing P&C projects and initiatives as required.
  • Participate in developing and executing the company's Business Plan.
  • Support managers with P&C and employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, company Code of Conduct, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
