This is where you'll shine:
- Set up and manage Xero accounts, including chart of accounts and bank feeds for a range of clients
- Utilize Xero's features for invoicing, reconciliation, payroll.
- Processing Huboc and DEXT
- End of month journals and reporting
- WorkCover Declarations
- Preparation of Activity Statements
- Research and resolve issues if and when they arrive
- Manage own workflow
- Manage delays and issues and advise Manager where required
- Ensure invoices are accurate and issued immediately at the conclusion of a job or progressively as required
- Manage write off level within KPI targets
- Manage productivity level within KPI targets
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Actively contribute to team meetings and in-house training opportunities
- Uphold the Suntax Values – Positivity, Authenticity, Treating it as your own, Working as part of a team, Professionalism, Having fun
- Other duties as requested
What you'll bring in:
- A minimum 3 years' experience in Bookkeeping and Payroll
- Tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping/Accounting or relevant subjects with relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education
- Strong focus on utilizing Xero accounting software
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
- MYOB and Quickbooks knowledge desirable
- Xero Practice Manager experience desirable
- FYI docs experience desirable
- Amenable to work on site: Alabang day or night shift
