Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the highest levels of service are delivered to clients.
  • Providing telephone and email-based customer support.
  • Conducting first-line investigation and diagnosis, resolving issues at first contact when possible.
  • Assessing the impact and vitality of cases and collecting appropriate information.
  • Resolving all customer issues, updating customers within agreed SLAs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity throughout the lifecycle of a case.
  • Managing customer concerns through other teams, ensuring high-quality feedback and service.
  • Working closely with the Service Management Team, including handing over to the US.
  • Developing technical expertise across all products.
  • Acting as a resource for project work.
  • Supporting the Client Services Manager in continuous improvement of team processes and customer experience.
About You

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Finance or related degrees preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support is a plus.\At least 1 year of experience in Financial Services / Trading Support is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good understanding and awareness of IT terminologies.
  • Ability to translate technical language into user-friendly information.
  • Flexibility to work a shifting schedule.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Good decision-making skills, able to act decisively under pressure.
  • High motivation and an energetic team player attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly.
