Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for contributing to strategic planning, target setting and forecasting activities.


Your primary focus will be on supporting guidelines definition and templates preparation, as well as elaboration and simulation. You will also review and validate these processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.


In addition to your analytical skills, you will drive monthly performance analysis and recommendations by assessing MOI/Incorporation and analyzing monthly performance using standard reporting and analysis. You will identify and propose action plans to support business review preparation.


You will also support period-end closing by providing inputs for monthly and quarterly closing, reviewing and validating these activities performed by the Business Finance CoE.


As a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) towards Business Finance CoE, you will be responsible for in-entity Business Finance communication towards global Business Finance organization, as well as in-entity Business Finance's requests and follow-up towards Business Finance CoE.


Lastly, you will contribute to Global standard alignment and continuous improvement by regularly assessing existing processes to look for improvement opportunities, identifying and initiating change requests on behalf of Transversal Leader and coordination with Business Finance CoE, supporting Global digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring Data compliance on Golden rules.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience as an analyst in a complex environment
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting,
  • IT skills: SAP/Oracle & BI tools knowledge, Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Query
  • Good command of English
  • Communication and collaboration skills - essential
  • Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies
  • Experience in building automated reports and models is a must;
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making
  • Strong can-do mentality and drive to accomplish tasks in an environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Passion for continuous improvements & change management
