Job Summary

The Performance Enablement Lead is responsible for driving the performance of our SDR and recruitment teams through expert coaching, strategic training, and technology-driven insights. This role requires a strong, authoritative leader with the ability to command respect and drive excitement in daily morning and afternoon huddles. We are seeking a tech-savvy, data-driven coach who understands how to leverage AI tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms to continuously improve performance. If you can energize, inspire, and hold people accountable while equipping them with the best strategies, techniques, and technology—this is the role for you.

Sales & Recruitment Training & Development

  1. Design and deliver high-impact, tech-driven training programs for SDRs and recruiters to refine their outbound sales and talent engagement techniques.
  2. Lead high-energy morning and afternoon huddles, ensuring the team starts and ends each day motivated and focused.
  3. Implement AI-powered training simulations, CRM coaching, and LMS-driven learning programs to upskill teams faster and more effectively.
  4. Ensure SDRs master NEPQ, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, and AI-assisted prospecting to convert leads at a high rate.
  5. Train recruiters on high-converting sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and consultative selling techniques.

Call Coaching, Data-Driven Performance & Tech Utilization

  1. Monitor, analyze, and coach sales and recruitment calls using AI-powered insights to optimize messaging and objection handling.
  2. Ensure SDRs and recruiters are leveraging CRM and automation tools for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Use performance analytics to identify skill gaps, personalize coaching, and track improvement trends.
  4. Provide real-time, actionable feedback to SDRs and recruiters to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  5. Work closely with leadership to ensure pipeline health and recruitment efficiency are continuously improving.

Requirements/Skills Needed:

  1. Proven leadership experience in sales enablement, coaching, or training in a high-performance sales or recruitment environment.
  2. Strong understanding of outbound sales, consultative selling, and pipeline management.
  3. Highly tech-savvy—must be comfortable using AI tools, CRM systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and performance analytics dashboards.
  4. A powerful, high-energy presence with the ability to command respect and motivate teams every single day.
  5. Experience leading fast-paced, target-driven teams where energy and results are non-negotiable.
  6. BPO and offshore staffing industry experience is a big plus.
