About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Learning and Development Strategist to lead our global training strategy, driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, engaging training content tailored to different audiences, aligning with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy that enhances employee performance and engagement across all levels and positions.
  • Design and implement innovative training programs, including leadership development, technical skills training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training.
  • Facilitate high-impact training sessions, ensuring effective delivery by internal trainers and external vendors.
  • Maintain strong relationships with external training providers and industry experts to bring in new and innovative training solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify skill gaps and career development needs, implementing tailored learning paths and development programs.
  • Leverage in-house Learning Management Systems (LMS) to streamline training delivery, track participation, and measure the impact of learning initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, organizational development, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Over 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a global role.
  • Extensive experience in corporate training, including the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and the use of technology in training.
  • Proven track record of maintaining industry connections and sourcing innovative training solutions from external providers.
