The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of training initiatives, managing the learning management system (LMS), and maintaining compliance with corporate training standards.

Responsibilities include:

**Administration & Coordination**

  • Coordinate all aspects of learning and development programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant enrollment.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.
  • Manage training records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and reporting metrics.

**Learning Management System Operation**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring accurate data entry and system integrity.
  • Upload course materials, manage user access, and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Produce reports and analyze learning trends to inform data-driven decisions.

**Stakeholder Relationships**

  • Build relationships with HR, department heads, and external training providers to support learning initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees regarding training schedules, course availability, and learning resources.
  • Identify training needs and recommend relevant learning solutions.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**

  • Develop and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency of learning administration processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and training compliance requirements.
  • Support audits and documentation related to training and learning initiatives.
