About the Role

The Telesales Representative is responsible for offering products of BPI AIA and its affiliates via telemarketing.

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to influence clients in purchasing multiple insurance products.
  • Actively listen, probe appropriately, and communicate feedback to build client relationships and understand their needs.
  • Connect and empathize with clients to fully understand their needs.
  • Influence clients to enroll in insurance plans and policies.
  • Accurately document enrollment details by inputting data into the system.
  • Maintain quality sales service by adhering to company and industry standards.
  • Achieve sales goals responsibly.
