Job Description
As an Administrative Specialist, you'll provide comprehensive support across contracts, vendor coordination, data management, and internal documentation. You'll play a vital role in streamlining business operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure organizational success.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Night Shift, Monday to Friday, 09:00 PM – 06:00 AM (Weekends Off)
Work setup: Permanent Work-from-Home

The Qualifications We Seek
- Strong administrative experience with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable handling and protecting confidential information
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and administrative tools
- Ability to work in a US time zone (with potential flexibility based on workload)
- Reliable internet access
Your Daily Tasks
- Provide high-level administrative support for transactions, contracts, and business operations
- Manage documentation, track deadlines, and ensure accuracy in record-keeping
- Assist with due diligence, vendor coordination, and data management
- Collaborate with legal, operations, and finance teams to support business needs
- Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements for streamlined operations
- Maintain organization of legal and financial documents for easy access
- Handle scheduling, reporting, and data entry as part of daily tasks
- Proactively anticipate administrative needs and solve problems efficiently
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
