Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and contributing to the expansion of our IT services footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue opportunities through bidding portals and direct outreach (LinkedIn, networking, cold calling).
  2. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and aligning Hexa Business' IT services to address their business challenges.
  3. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  4. Proposal Development: Craft customized proposals and presentations that resonate with client needs, showcasing our expertise in AI, Data Analytics, and IT services.
  5. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, analyze market demands, and identify growth areas to refine sales strategies.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project delivery.
  7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
  8. Mentorship: Guide junior business development team members in best practices and strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 5-6 years in international business development with a focus on IT services (AI, Data Analytics, and custom software development).
  2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT services, including AI/ML, Data Engineering, Cloud, and application development.
  3. Skills:
    1. Proficiency in online bidding platforms and direct sales methods.
    2. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    3. Consultative selling ability to propose tailored solutions for client needs.
    4. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  5. Mindset: Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at working both independently and as part of a team.
