Purpose of the role

As an AR Analyst at Zuellig Pharma Corporation, you will be responsible for driving the company's account receivables and collections processes. This role is 100% field-based within Tarlac, Nueva Ecija and will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and analysing customer accounts to identify outstanding payments and potential risks

  • Maintaining detailed records of all collections activities and customer communication

  • Manages and maintains the quality of AR in assigned portfolio according to targets set

  • Ensures timely collection and reconciliation to ensure serviceability of customers

  • Builds and manages relationships with customers to ensure on time and full payments, prompt documentation for deductions, compliance to guidelines and timely resolution of issues and customer disputes

  • Reports AR ageing and provides action plans to eliminate ageing items

  • Takes actions to ensure timely payment applications and invoice presentments

  • Performs regular reconciliation of AR accounts with customers and clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a collections or accounts receivable role, preferably within the banking, financial services or FMCG industries

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers

  • Proficient in using financial systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Financial Technology & Analytics

  • Experience in or accounts receivable

  • Must have a valid driver's licence

  • Willing to do field work around Tarlac, Nueva Ecija
