TAB Global Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore with offices in Beijing, Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Manila is the foremost provider of integrated business intelligence to the global financial services industry.

We are covering the business of banking now pushing westward into Central Asia, Africa and the Middle East. The Company's core services include research, publications and organizing forums for decision-makers in the industry. We are looking for high-caliber individuals for the following positions.

Conference Producers

(Manila)

Responsibilities:
  • Produce a satisfactory number of programmes every year, including digital, physical and hybrid trainings, seminars, roundtables, discussions, conferences, cocktails and other creative events as the Company may organize around its client base;
  • Develop and produce creative marketing collaterals (videos, audios, social media) and activities to promote the programmes to the largest possible audience in Asia, the Middle East, Africa as well as to Europe and the US by working closely with the digital content and design teams;
  • Build networks and relationships with clients, speakers, the media, partners, third parties and other intermediaries who can facilitate the success of the programmes you develop.
  • Support sales by building content in such a manner that can result in greater sales for the programmes you develop;
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams as well as with sponsors to ensure the programmes are run at the lowest possible cost and highest possible profitability.
Core Skills:
  • Your ability to identify, build and deliver superior content around speakers/moderators/trainers that result in great conferences, forums, webinars, training and other interesting event related products;
  • Your ability to support the timeliness and profitability of the conferences, forums, webinars and/or training products in which you are involved as lead or supporting staff;
  • Your ability to operationally run events on the ground and/or digitally, in a team, as the main liaison for all parties (sponsors, speakers, delegates, venue staff, logistics);
  • Your ability to build a good community of speakers, delegates, sponsors and other partners around our events businesses.
KPIs:
  • Run a sufficient number of conferences/webinars/trainings/events every financial year.
  • Contribute to the success of the events you run by the number of delegates, sponsors and other goodwill we generate for each event;
  • Contribute to the profitability of our events business by managing operational costs and assisting sales to achieve their numbers;
  • Grow a network of speakers and resource content around the subject matters you create that contribute to the long-term success of our event products;
  • Contribute to the overall brand and goodwill of the Company.
Requirements:
  • Possessing a good Bachelor's degree is required;
  • 2-5 years of experience in content development for a research or conference-based organization;
  • Candidates with prior journalism experience and a flair for financial services are encouraged to apply as the job will be 80% research based and 20% forums;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively with senior executives from the industry;
  • Superior research and analytical skills with a creative slant;
  • Ability to multi-task manage and implement the entire project management lifecycle;
  • Ability to support sales by building networks and relationships with speakers, the media, associates, partners, third parties, other intermediaries and potential clients of the Company.
