Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of draftsman/BIM modelers for a D&B project.
  • Plays a key role in coordination between the onshore team and the offshore team.
  • Coordinate with the structural team and M&E team to ensure the final design is in line with the architect's design intents and client's requirements.
  • Ensure the Architectural designs comply with relevant codes compliances and regulations.
  • Review & verify consultant's design drawings and translate them into shop drawings.
  • Monitor the schedule of design processes and submission of shop drawings according to the Master Program.
  • Supervise draftsmen and check architectural shop drawings for construction.
  • Assist draftsmen to amend shop drawings during peak time to make sure that quality drawings are issued for construction on time.
  • Assist and supervise the preparation of architectural coordination and shop drawings for the project to be used on-site for production.
  • Disseminate architectural information to other design teams for overall design coordination.
  • Liaise with the BIM Manager on the BIM presentations, clash reports, ICE meeting schedules, and requirements.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Degree holder in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in an architectural coordinator role. Experience in PPVC D&B projects is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in the Singapore Code of Practices, regulations, and specifications for the construction industry.
  • Skill in AutoCAD & Revit
