Work Set up: Hybrid | Angeles City, Pampanga

Work Shift: Monday to Friday (8 hours) | Saturday (4 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for architectural works in accordance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate with structural, M&E, and other design teams to ensure models are fully integrated and aligned with design intent.
  • Assist in design development by producing architectural details, layouts, and sections based on project specifications and standards.
  • Review consultant and contractor drawings, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Support clash detection exercises, prepare coordination drawings, and participate in BIM coordination meetings.
  • Update and maintain BIM models throughout all project phases (design, construction, and as-built).
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with project BIM standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Prepare shop drawings and assist in revisions during peak workload to ensure timely issuance of quality drawings.
  • Generate architectural schedules, reports, and visualizations from BIM models when required.
  • Collaborate closely with the BIM Manager on BIM-related tasks, including clash reports, presentations, and coordination schedules.
  • Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler in design and construction projects.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD; knowledge in Navisworks, SketchUp, or other BIM-related tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of architectural detailing, building codes, and construction standards.
  • Experience in coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams and handling design changes efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php80,000.00 per month
